Terrible Customer Service – 13/06 at 3:45 PM I experienced appalling customer service from a female staff member at the Pick up area. She spoke in circles and made a simple process unnecessarily complicated. I had 4 orders in total. She told me to cancel them, so I cancelled 2. Then, she asked if I was waiting for Georgia. Even though I clearly showed her my screen displaying Georgia's name along with another customer's, she completely ignored it and kept repeatedly asking if I wanted to wait or leave. It’s unprofessional to call a customer, “Darling” or “Darlin’”. It’s disrespectful and patronising. I’m not beneath you. We’re equal. Treat me as such. Do not refer to customers as “darling.” Please use professional language at all times.
