Night customer "service" front section girl was impolite. 8.15 to 8.30 Busy talking to other staff most of the time. Didn't smile at customers or say anything nice when item was on clearence, end of isle sale, and not marked down on the computer system.
Rubbish customer service from most of the workers. Desk didn’t care about their job. Seemed pretty busy having a chat though. I asked a worker for help and she brushed me off not trying or willing to help me find the product I couldn’t find. I asked another worker for help and he actually had a look for me and offered me something else when he couldn’t find what I was looking for. Thank you very much to him but everyone else working should probably find a field of work outside of customer service.
This morning and around 1:30-11:00 am I went to visit Woolworths that is located in Roselea Shopping Centre. I went there just to have s look on prices and when I was about to leave a lady who was at a checkout stopped me asking “ do you need any help” and her eyes and her voice were indicating that she is thinking that I stole an item and trying to run away. I took all stuff in my pocket and showed her that I have not stolen anything and then I asked for the manager because I was insulted by this lady. l really cannot under... read more
Great service from a young man serving on the checkout last Thursday afternoon. He only started his job a few days prior, but was helpful, efficient and engaged perfectly with customers. Well done to him! He will go a long way.
