There is a very tall girl at the self service check out, she asks card to people, if it’s a Caucasian she just point if it’s an Asian should say in strong voice what number you need to go, and guess what happens , these Caucasian would take the machine she points to, Woolworths need to train their staff to respect all customers
Management please read. So many times i'd love to buy seafood but by 6:30 it's already packed away. Occasionally someone is nice and will go get a piece from me. Yesterday the guy refused to get me a piece. I just wanted a piece of Barramundi. Iasked nicely twice and he wouldn't get me one. I understand they just wanna go home but it's only 6:30!, that's when most people arrive back after work. You are losing alot of sales. Please address this issue with your deli staff
