I recently lost my phone and wallet in the store, I panicked and ran all around the store. The lady at the checkout counter and another lovelyy woman helped me during my time of panic. Their support was super helpful! A kind-hearted customer returned my valuables to Mr. Marco ( Woolies Team member ), the way he took in-charge to return my phone and his kind gesture made me feel the biggest gratitude to the staff at Ashfield north! Very rude service, no patience at all
I was shopping at Ashfield woolworths, in Asia section and found one item is expired in Oct 2024 , so I let one staff know, she told me it’s not expired because it says “best before”, not“ used by”! I was shocked, so woolies can sell expired food now, what a fresh food people! I am starting checking the dates in woolies now.
I was served by a lovely friendly staff name Meenakshi. Excellent customer service
