Really inconsistent stock levels regularly
The nicest worker I have met there has to be that girl Carys, she always does her job well and provides great customer service! She is so helpful and nice, and it's always great to see her.
Never had an issue with staff here. All very nice. There are some unsavoury customers but what are staff meant to do. I found this store does sometimes smell a bit in the meat section but thats the only issue.
Always find the staff here to be super friendly and helpful. I haven’t encountered a bad one but one in particular, AJ often on the service desk is so lovely. Even though she is always flat out she is always calm, friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the company.
Id like to provide some feedback on AJ (pink hair) who was on the front service counter today. I arrived to pick up my online order and upon handover found that what id received was not my complete order. AJ promptly apologised and sent the order back to be corrected. This took quite some time and she continued to apologise whilst handling other online orders and serving non stop customers. Her communication was very good as she handled a very stressful environment very well
