Id like to provide some feedback on AJ (pink hair) who was on the front service counter today. I arrived to pick up my online order and upon handover found that what id received was not my complete order. AJ promptly apologised and sent the order back to be corrected. This took quite some time and she continued to apologise whilst handling other online orders and serving non stop customers. Her communication was very good as she handled a very stressful environment very well
Horrible place someone we made a complain about is still working in the same spot. I forgot to scan bread and the machine wanted to 'check trolley' for the things ive already paid for. Just walked out, how silly and annoying, I did not want to deal with short angry lady again after how she treated my 10 year old.
"I frequently visit this store, but I consistently have negative interactions with a staff member who is often stocking the dairy section (older, short with glasses). She is very rude and dismissive, Which makes for an unpleasant shopping experience every time I see her working. Good customer service should be a basic requirement, and she really needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. hope management addresses this behavior.'
