I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Woolworths Armadale, especially the attitude of the manager. As a local small business owner, I regularly buy large quantities of bread from this store to support both my business and theirs. But every time I order online, my order is wrong. When I go in person to get the correct items, the manager speaks to me in a condescending, rude way, saying things like “You take all our bread, how can we sell to other customers?” — as if I wasn’t a paying customer too. Very offended. Had an employer, older lady with grey hair and glasses hover of me the whole time whilst scanning my shopping. Then she tried to accuse me of stealing two bags of kitty litter! I showed her my receipt proving I stole nothing and she didn’t even apologise.
