Just collected enough points to get a fissier cookware product, but they have run out and fobbed me off. Said there was no more stock coming. My shop docket Said I was still getting points, which is now completely useless. Time to switch to Coles.
Was a lovely experience today for the young man at the Express checkout. However, would appreciate extra staff on the old checkout lanes. Not a fan of the self service checkout. I like having a human at the till.
Albany Creek staff are amazing and I only have good things to say about them. Unfortunately I am not able to provide feedback to Woolworths about their online AI (Olive) or the terrible automated phone system because of how terrible their app and website are. The phone system is infuriating - I just needed to connect to a staff member to let them know I accidentally arrived at the wrong location and wasn't there for my order to be taken to my boot. I had to call 3 times to be able to speak with a person after the AI misheard... read more
Waited 45 min in line for a click and collect direct to boot order to be told the order was cancelled by them due to their system. No notification whatsoever prior to arrival. Always lines for direct to boot order
