Had a pleasant shopping experience at Woolworths Acacia Ridge. The customer service was excellent – all staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. It's refreshing to see all human service with a personal touch. Really appreciated the smooth and welcoming environment. Will definitely come back!
Rude customer service
There’s this woman who works at the front counter, don’t know her name but found a photo from another review on this store from Angie Main. She should not be working there at all, doesn’t look friendly, doesn’t speak friendly, is rude. Normally I wouldn’t really care about this, as they could just be having a bad day. Richard in service desk was patient, polite, and truly willing to help. I had an issue with an online refund, and he went the extra mile to resolve it successfully. Online shopping is very convenient, but when problems arise, only AI assistants respond, which doesn’t help at all. I really hope woolworths doesn’t rely entirely on AI and provides more real human support. Big thanks to Richard for his excellent service
Don not waste your time. It almost feels that the stock that was rejected from other stores is shipped to Acacia Ridge. They also have hardly any produce. I asked where the ginger was and was told they never stock ginger.
