Good customer service
The lack of self checkouts is not good. Found myself in a line to the only staffed checkout when there was barely anyone in store. The vibe among the store workers is an angsty anxiety or general apathy with few being competent. It seems like half the workers there are barely trained enough to man the checkouts. The other half just kinda roaming around semi aimlessly looking mildly grumpy. Probably the worst woolsworth store I have ever seen in person. Go anywhere else but this place.
poor poor service managers who dont care that their staff abuse customers! and charge for things you dont want absolutely terrible woolworths i have lost faith in this store completely and dont bother replying with your generic response!
They sell really good chocolate, I personally got the Bubbly Mint cadbury block. Haters gonna hate, but i love my mint and chocolate combo
Great little store but beware of the Woolworths Bakery Dreamy Chocolate Cookie 5 pack. Looked like a bargain but when I ate on I realised I had made a big mistake. Hydrogenated vegetable fat and palm oil amongst the ingredients up the top of the label. However ingredients are printed so small on the label it’s impossible to see unless you take a photo of the label and zoom in. I’d give these cookies a zero star if I could. #woolworths
