I had a great experience at Woolworths thanks to Charlotte working on the registers. She was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. It’s great to see employees who genuinely care about helping customers. Charlotte deserves recognition for her great work!

This store is good with great staff and good amount of products available, they need to sell different sponges for the kitchen and bathroom because the ones on sale are too flimsy and will not last a week in any home but everything else is good

There was a very nice worker (Haadiya) who gave an overall positive experience and was a great help in the self checkout.

I visit this supermarket often for my regular household shopping. The aisles are generally well-stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff are polite, helpful, and keep the lines moving steadily even when the store gets busy. However, the fresh produce section can occasionally be hit or miss late in the evening, and finding a park right near the entrance during peak weekend hours takes a bit of patience. Overall, it remains a reliable and convenient option for daily groceries.
