Spending a significant amount of money each time, only to be spoken to rudely by staff is unacceptable. When customers have trolley loads of items and are expected to check out themselves, it is already inconvenient, especially when there is barely any space to place our belongings. Shocked to see small tubs of yoghurt (reduced to 88c) with an expiry date of 31/12/25, hmmm, nearly 6 weeks passed its BB.

This Woolworth location is convenient with good assortments of goods. Staff is generally friendly and pleasant to deal with when you need a rain check for out of stock promotional items, or need to do a Refund/Exchange of items. Weekly promotions offer good deals for day to day items. Both self and assisted check out services are easy and no fuss. All the above plus the time saving real time item availability check for a given store on Woolworth online portal make a positive shopper experience for me.
