I entered the Gosford Imperial Centre store via the Williams Street entrance around 8.15pm There was a drug effected lunatic a few metre in front of me. He was dressed all in black, talking to himself in carrying a paper bag which appeared to have a bottle or something else in it. Staff at gosford woolworths are slow and unprofessional, STAFF THINK ITS OK TO WAIT MINIMUM 10 MINS TO GET SERVED AT FRONT COUNTER. STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED Pathetic
No stars, service at woolworths gosford is a joke, more then 4 times I've had to wait more then 10mins at front counter for service, when asked staff how I can be served next time the response was JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT WTF, one person on a register unable to leave and no one at front counter, staff see me and DONT BOTHER TO SERVE ME
Team member at the cashier (Thing In, wrong spell I didn't get it right, sorry) And Rebeca (manager) has terrible customer service both they are not in the to help and very rude.
