I view Coles and Woolworths as soul-less and profit-driven businesses that appeal to shareholders but lack integrity. However, the staff member named Zara must be commended for her warmth, care and friendliness. More than once she has assisted me with various in-store concerns, and in such a professional and attentive manner!
Went to do my weekly grocery shopping with my kids, there were no free fruit for kids, i told this cute little italian boy (I think his name was Ryan or Ryder) he stocked it up for us, he is amazing, good work woolies and to his parents for raising him.
Maybe training the staff with some basic customer care skills
Clean store, nice staff. Better than coles by a long ahot.
