The whole setup is designed to cut staffing costs while pushing more work onto customers. If I wanted to scan and bag groceries myself, I should be getting a staff discount.
One staff member by the name of Matthew (if I member correctly) was so kind to help me and my son. He really showed care and compassion that is often forgotten in this modern day. I truly appreciate his time and making sure we were alright when we had an issue when we shopped in the store. Thank you for your kindness.
