*Shoutout to Mandy at Woolies* Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mandy at Woolies — she’s absolutely lovely! Super friendly, kind, and always has a smile, especially for our little girl. Even when we don’t need groceries, we sometimes pop in just so our kiddo can say hi to Mandy. She really makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Woolies, she deserves some proper recognition — legends like her are rare!

Huge lines at the few checkouts that were open. Even the self service section that I absolutely dislike had about 10 customer trolleys waiting to be able to go to a free register. Stock outages through out the store. I had to go to ALDI afterwards. Maybe next time I will go to ALDI first. They had stock and no waiting at the checkout. Get your act together Woolies. Absolute disgrace 👎
Very helpful staff checkout staff in particular are great always smiling as they tell you what your shopping cost.
