The facility has functioning air con, a good selection of snacks and other foods and is clean, but the customer service is horrible. Some of the price tags didn’t match up to the paying machine and one of my items did not count the 10% off special.
I bought the wrong type of fresh milk and went to return it the next day. The first staff we can't return it because they don't accept return of milk or anything cold after 1 hour of purchase. I showed them Woolworths return policy that states you can get a store credit for a change of mind and if it's perishable product, it can't be expired or has to be within 2 days of expiry.
