On Friday night, we entered Woolworths to buy yoghurt and muesli for breakfast for the following morning. It was close to closing time and some roller doors were already down, but staff let us in. Within a minute, a male staff member with pink hair followed us down the aisle, raising his voice and telling us to “stop ignoring him and exit the store.” We understand the store has a closing time, but if customers are being let in, they should be given the chance to pay for their items or not be let in at all.
