Disappointing Customer Service at Woolworths Wallan I had an extremely unpleasant experience with customer service at Woolworths Wallan. Grace, the staff member I interacted with, was unhelpful and rude. She told me that the store was closing in 2 minutes, yet there were still 16 minutes left until closing time. When I asked for assistance, she refused to help and seemed disinterested.
