I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received from a staff member named Anthony at Woolworths. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of solving the issue politely, his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I expect better from Woolworths, as I’ve always appreciated good service at other stores. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper customer service training so other customers don’t have to experience the same.
I came in today i.e. sat 30th august around 12.04pm to get something, but unfortunately the old blonde lady working at the service counter serving other customers started giving racist coments and served other cuatomers first, thats totally unexpectable!!!!!! I hope the team manager checks the camera's and necessary actions are taken.
Items are constantly under the wrong label, third time that’s happened where it looks like something is on special and it’s not. Waste of peoples time and annoying.
