DISGUSTING DIGITAL ASSISTANT THEN THE PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED, SIMPLY CUT OFF. ALDI AND COLES ARE MUCH BETTER SUPERMARKETS THAN WOOLWORTHS. EVEN IGA ARE CHEAPER ON MANY PRODUCTS AND HAVE A GREATER RANGE
It’s not enough that this Woolworth is very limited in produce and variety but they then go and employ people with horrible customer service. Ella a cashier at the front counter who rolls her eyes when a customer asks for cash out and Jen in the deli who outright lies to you saying they don’t have items in the cold room… are two of these employees who are doing Woolworths no favours at all by employing them. To be fair though there are other staff members who are extremely helpful and have great customer service.
Terrible Management.
