It’s not enough that this Woolworth is very limited in produce and variety but they then go and employ people with horrible customer service. Ella a cashier at the front counter who rolls her eyes when a customer asks for cash out and Jen in the deli who outright lies to you saying they don’t have items in the cold room… are two of these employees who are doing Woolworths no favours at all by employing them. To be fair though there are other staff members who are extremely helpful and have great customer service.
Terrible Management.
Staff are friendly however there's no where near enough of them. I guess it doesn't matter when there's so many self checkouts. The plan to extend the entire store is ridiculous, squeezing out some smaller stores. Wonder how much woolworths paid the council to consider the new plans. Another big chain making a money grab!
