Don‘t ever do direct to boot, been waiting here for 30 mins, absolutely ridiculous!!! The person from Woolies is incredibly slow and just by herself. There is a massive queue of cars waiting…
Crap service. Always forget items when they bring out Direct to Boot items. Store staff don't answer the phone.

Great woolies but there really needs to be 2 people rostered on to direct to boot pickups. The que is usually 10 cars deep with unsafe traffic backed up around the corner down the street.
