Multimillion dollar company can afford one person at checkout, really?
Saw first hand what people had been saying in Woolworths Woodford .No service ,no staff .Today the line up was full and self serve full back up for the checkout line ups were asked over PA system several times for over ten minutes to no avail.Young lady on self serve was trying to cope with front counter main counter and self serve area ,she was run off her feet .As for staff walking around isles to not assist customer service is in my eyes piss poor.Sorry Woolies no more from me .

Great local supermarket, good range, awesome local staff
Love how the guy (Brendan) watching self serve cant see me struggling to scan an item at least 5 times but when I just shove it in the bag he comes over to help lmao “it didn’t scan did it?” I dunno mate you’re watching me so you tell me.
