Friendly staff and well stocked shelves
We did a click and collect in our caravan. Height in the bay is 3 metres. However we parked just outside the bay and had no issues. Staff were incredibly friendly.
Four separate times now, in my Delivery Now order, the Devonport Woolworths staff have forgotten an entire bag of freezer food. When I enquire about it, they say it was their mistake not the Uber driver's fault and that the bag was left sitting in the freezer because it was forgotten and wasn’t packed into the car. I recommend implementing better procedures to ensure this doesn’t keep happening. I'm sick of paying extra for a service that has this many issues.
