Woolworths Umina has very poor service. I called 8 times, and each time my cell was answered by their phone system and when transferred to enquiries and to the service desk it was unanswered, ringing each time until the call terminated. Evidently their team is only interested in doing what is absolutely necessary and no more. Not going above and beyond to help customers on the phone... it seems to me that if you are not IN the store you simply DON'T count as a customer?!?
