The only prob I have is when I finally finish shopping, many items are unavailable so I have to go back n get similar items.....it takes up alot of time. Delivery is always on time n the couriers are always polite. I also prefer to shop online but prices are rising even with the sales. Haven't been able to buy meat n my Dr says I'm anemic,not much I can do about that tho
There are some lovely staff at Woolworths Umina who are always helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with, and I really appreciate them. Unfortunately, I have had repeated unpleasant experiences with one older female staff member at the checkout. She comes across as very cold, unfriendly and dismissive, with a face like lemon, lime and bitters every time she serves me. Under ground parking a bonus . Clean store very busy
I’ve tried to lodge a complaint about this but couldn’t find an easy way to do it. I emailed (possibly the wrong address), and when I called I was told there’s a “high volume of calls” and faced a 10+ minute wait. Not exactly helpful when you already have an issue. I judge a company not just on how things go when everything runs smoothly, but on how they handle problems when they don’t. Unfortunately, this has been a huge fail from Woolworths.
