Been working in the centre for over 6 months now and frequently shop here, shame that apparently all it takes is to walk in without a receipt for something I bought somewhere else and I get treated like crap, woman didn't even say anything to me just gave me a look and wanted to go back through the transaction, completely cold and unfriendly. It's Woolies. Galling to contribute to disgusting profiteering, but Coles et al. arent any better.
Terrible customer service. The staff and store managers were rude and unprofessional. They made pricing errors in the system but refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead yelled at customers. In the end, it was confirmed that the pricing error was indeed on their side.
Their customer service is extremely rude regarding the refund process. I just asked them for refund an item after purchase within 5 minutes today. But their forntend Asian staff was very aggressive with me. His attitude was like that i did huge mistake and I don’t have any right to ask for refund. Even though this store’s manager was not customer friendly as well when I talked with her. Definitely I will avoid this store next time. This Woolworths store doesn’t care of their customers.
