Had a very unpleasant interaction with Sergio in the deli. Despite stickers all over the deli glass stating “shave or slice on request”, Sergio was visibly unhappy, huffing puffing and shaking his head. When I asked if it was a problem, he responded no in a manner that even another customer pointed out to me that it seems like it is. He then came out of the fridge showing me other pre-cut meats and insisting it is already fresh. This man should not be working in a deli, if he doesn’t want to do the work required.
