Really disappointed with this store’s online delivery. We have shopped at this outlet for the last 39 years. The last 12 months we’ve used the online service. At first they used their own trucks and we had no problem with this service. Lately they have been using a secondary contractor and it’s been disastrous with delivery times. Friday our delivery was between 5&6 pm. A lady pulled up at 7pm, opened the boot got on the phone then closed the boot and then drove off. I will never understand why this mob even has phones if they never have tried to call all day to have more order time changed and received no answer, they've now texted saying my order will be cancelled, even they I've called them 6 times, it's now 5:45 on a Sunday, they shut at 6 and the wait time is 40 minutes!?
Today , we were served by Daisy at the registers.Her customer service and big smile made our day. The most delightful experience.
The staff at the self-checkout counters really need more training. They’re neither professional nor polite. What a terrible shopping experience! I seriously doubt if you actually train your employees.
