Just moved here. What on earth is with the bells at the registers? Trying to shop with my kids and all i hear is people banging on bells? Is this 1950? Caused my child to have a sensory meltdown. Don’t stores use PA systems these days? Absolutely annoying store to shop at with workers using bells! Get rid of them and move into 2025
Just visited Woolworths Castletown. This is how the exchange with customer service employee went. Quote $11.25. No good morning, no thank you, no do you have rewards, nothing. I can’t remember such poor service in the past, and I have been shopping at Woolworths well over 40 years. Think this employee needs some retraining.
