I was given the wrong information by staff member on the phone . The manager was not empathetic at all when I told her that I was not told that the place was under renovation and could bring my service dog on the balcony uostsyrs . I was sent away . Still waiting for an email from the management .
Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations, so you need to go upstairs. Note: hard stairs for disabled. So make sure to ask where the lift is. The food was overpriced, the fish was over cooked. $34 for 3 beer battered fish fillers and chips, that are so hard to bite, you can't eat it, and the fish had no taste. Very disappointing.
