I really wanted to give this store a better review, as a fiber artist I love supporting local as much as I can, however after multiple very bad experiences I will avoid going here anymore. The yarn is average priced for finer yarn, but the staff and clientele they bend over backwards for is the problem. The staff profiles you based off appearance, gender, race and age. Great selection and well organized shop. I had a great time chatting with the ladies in the shop and felt immediately welcomed! Definitely a highlight of my trip from out of state!Â
I was visiting from out of town and stopped by. Aviva was so very helpful. I had a particular pattern and was looking for yarn in the same color as the pattern. Aviva and I talked about what colors would look good on me since we are both "winters". She even showed me her color cards she got, which are my colors too. Aviva was so honest with me and rather than getting a sale, she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I ended up not buying yarn, but will definitely order from her online.
