I live in a crafting wasteland (nothing but poorly stocked Michael's around me), so Wool and Company has been a lifeline for me. They have an awesome selection of wool, and they ship super quickly. Their free U.S. shipping is also perfect. I recently got my favorite needles confiscated by the India TSA <///3, and I didn't have to worry about purchase minimums when ordering a new pair. It's to the point where I'm thinking of traveling to Illinois just to see this yarn store. Thank you Wool & Co!
This place is magical. They have such an incredible amount of yarns with different price points for everyone. The lovely people working here are so helpful and passionate about knitting. This is the perfect place to shop local for seasoned and beginner knitters/crocheters.
I shop online as someone who lives in Wisconsin and don’t usually have the time to drive down for an in-store visit. My orders have always been packaged carefully and shipped SO fast! On a fairly often basis, my orders are placed and then shipped the next day! I so appreciate the free ball winding of hanks, too. Selection is always top notch!
What an incredible selection of yarn!! I live in San Diego and my first choice for yarn is always Wool & Company. The website is great, prices are good and they ship free. If I can I also buy my needles and accessories. Hopefully I will visit the store in person. It must be like a candy store, but with Yarn!
Insanely good customer service. I was looking for the perfect color combination, and they must've pulled 20 skeins from the back for me to check out. By the time I was done, they were about to close, so they offered to wind all my purchased yarn and mail it to me at no cost. So good!
