Huge showroom, very friendly staff, comfy chairs, and a whole full warehouse in case the showroom doesn't have what you need.
used to really enjoy going here before they decided to move half of their inventory that was previously available in store to online only. i am personally someone that hates buying yarn online unless it is absolutely necessary, and i will no longer be shopping here. this decision has alienated and disregarded in-store customers. i don’t understand the rationale behind this decision as almost every fiber artist i know prefers to shop in person to be able to look at colors and feel the yarn. i really hope this decision is reco... read more
I placed an online order from out of state for some hand-dyed yarn that ended up being really hard to find, and they emailed me with a picture of the skeins they had available to make sure they were similar enough to one another for my project. It ended up that the skeins had more variety than I wanted, and they placed a special order for me so that I would get skeins from the same dye batch. Really incredible customer service and I will order online from here again!
They are WONDERFUL. !!!!! They have a great selection of yarn...and they wind it for FREE !!!
