Come here if u like ruined surprises. The lady that helped me had asked abt my mom’s name and email, I asked they didn’t send an email since it’s a gift. I believe she had told me she wasn’t going to, and was just linking it to her account. She even told me not to press a button on the pay screen to make sure it didn’t send her anything. 30 mins later my mom texts me “did u send me a wool & co gift card?” I thought it was clear it was a gift since I had walked in saying that, and we had a Convo abt not telling her. They proactively reached out to me when they didn’t have all the yarn I ordered in the same dye lot and gave me the option to send mixed lots or wait for a special order. This is a huge quantity of yarn for a men’s XL cable sweater. Great customer service and I’m already planning my next order.
While I've never visited this store, I have used them for buying knitting items online. They always have what I want in stock, and carry quite the array of needles and notions as well. Shipping is quite fast so I can get on with my project. Yay!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the service I received at Wool and Company. They were beyond knowledgeable, real experts and they took extraordinary care of me. My son’s precious knit blanket got a hole. It was knit by my mother who passed away a little over a year ago. I am not a knitter and didn’t know where to turn. Not only did they help me fix the hole (on site), they handled the blanket with the highest level of care and attention. I cannot thank them enough.
