Online ordering with Wool & Company has been an amazing experience! Their website pictures are high quality, they have great yarn choices, and they tend to ship your items quickly. I live in a rural, north woods area. There used to be a local craft store that sold yarn but they closed. I don't want to drive 50 miles one way to a Michaels so I searched on line and found this company. I use Sugar & Cream cotton yarn for dishcloths. A local women placed a request for a large number of dishcloths and I was out of yarn. I placed my order on a Thursday and it arrived today. I went to Wool & Co. to get an insight as to the cause of my baby blanket completely unraveling, knotting and falling apart after hand washing it albeit the yarn’s instructions calling for machine wash and tumble dry. After spreading the blanket on their table to show the lady assisting me, more staff came up to me, including whom I believe was the manager because she completely took charge. Amazing! I have order from them about 6 times now and each time it's fast and packed with care. I also have reached out with yarn questions and matching etc. and they reply fast and friendly (not sure if they promote to reach out or not lol but when I did they were great). Even months later I wanted to try to match a dye lot from a previous order and were amazing with helping me. Truly above and beyond service and is going to be my mine go to store from now on.
I love Wool and Co! I’ve been there in person and it felt like knitting heaven! Recently ordered extra interchangeable needle cables and the wrong size for delivered (through no fault of Wool and Co! The outside was labeled one size by the cable company but the inside had the wrong size).
