Very quick service and great cut for my furbaby.
Perception /customer service - When you walk in, it should be what helps keep the client. Today, our dog, who is dying, went in for her first services. The young lady with lighter hair acted like she hated her job, like her life was over and as if we weren't even important enough to be bothered with. We immediately felt unpleasant. I had my dog groomed there and it left a lot to be desired. I paid $55 for the groomer to basically shampoo, bathe, and shave my dog. I asked the groomer not to shave his face just trim it because I like the way the hair frames his face and eyes. Did she listen? No. She shaved around his nose and eyes. She cut unevenly around his ears so I had to take a scissors to them myself. I can honestly say I won't be back.
