Low rating towards the owner. This is not our first visit to a Woof Gang grooming service, therefore, I have no doubt the groomers would be amazing. We recently moved from Wesley Chapel. When we scheduled a grooming service, the owner confirmed day/time but not the location, needless to say we went to the wrong location. There's two locations nearby each other (5 minutes apart). I went in as a walk-in with my 14 year old blue heeler to get his nails cut. The people there this morning (04-15-2026) were the nicest people!
