BEWARE!!!! In my opinion, this is animal ABUSE! My service dog was completely shaved down in her whole back area. Also cut in the eye area, her gum and lip! I had her seen and they believe she was over shaved and most likely a dull blade was used. My poor dog has been suffering for 7 weeks now, wearing a cone and on a harness and leash. Her rear bothers her so much that she will chew her leg/thigh as high as she can reach in hopes of reaching her rear. What a great experience! Everyone was super nice and listened to me talk and were genuinely compassionate. I am that nervous Nelly dog mom so for every thing they did today meant a lot. We will return!!
I brought my dog for her first grooming. They said it would take a couple hours , which is totally fine! I asked if I could pay first so once I picked her up I was done. I paid $205 total with tip. My first mistake was paying first and tipping. My dog was having a hard time with the groom and I totally understand if she couldn’t be finished. The only thing they did in 4 hours was washing her and doing her anal glands as it looked. They asked if I could schedule to finish and I asked for the money back for what they didn’t do... read more
