I took my dog which has aniexty and has a Libre sensor on cause has diabetes. I told them about it and said I will wait in car till ready and bring in when his turn and when done call me right away and I will be in parking lot waiting. Cut him through and get him done. He was not able to get bath cause can’t get sensor wet. When I went to pay was charged 85 dollars for grooming. Worst service! They just shaved my Pomeranian. They charged way more than the price they gave me. Never will take my dog there again!
I usually go here to get my dogs treats on special occasions and today I went and there was no one to greet me . Waited 20 mins only for them to tell me I had to come back when the manager was there . I come back and purchase 2 dog cup cakes only to realize as I get back to work the treats have actual maggots in them . I return back to the store and ask for my cash back which I gave them 21 dollars and they told me I could pay with cash but they just wouldn’t be able to give me change back so I say don’t worry about the chan... read more
