If I could do a no star I would. The one star is for the nice lady Yolanda to over the phone although did not give me accurate information. The groomer really messed my dog up. My dog hair was hanging over her eye and she clipped the side of her eye with her grooming scissors. The groomer had Yolanda call me to let me know she discovered a cut under my dogs eye booger which was ridiculous anyone could see it was a slit not a scratch, clean cut. This particular location is great, however, the store's franchise owner, Meredith is one of the most hateful and unprofessional individuals I have ever come across in my life. After treating my mother and I in an inexcusable manner when dropping our dogs off for grooming, Meredith called a few hours later to apologize for her illmannered and flawed behavior blaming an argument with her corporate office on her fowl mood.
