I've been using Woof Gang groomers since they opened here in Cocoa Beach for my 5 lb Pom-A-Poo 'Pepper'. Julie, my groomer always takes the best care with my baby and is gentle and kind to all dogs. Pepper gets excited when I tell her we are going to see Julie. Her finished look is always perfect. I highly recommend this groomer and facility. Martha M Cocoa Beach

Very satisfied with this location. We moved to this area about 7 months ago and had to find a new groomer for our 75pd Lab (Chief) who doesn't get overly excited about his bath's!! Everyone at this store has been excellent when we come in for the monthly bath's and nail cuttings. Yang has been our groomer and has done a fantastic job getting our guy to get his bath's and nails done. Highly recommend this location for pet grooming.

Dominique in the Lithia location is the best! She has been grooming my Bernedoodle since he was a puppy. She always listens to what I want and he always looks amazing! And he smells and feels wonderful! He gets so excited when I tell him we're going to see Dominique today.

We have two Maltese dogs, age 6 and a half. 10 and 12 lbs each.We had an incident this location. On Wednesday October 18, awe took both dogs there for grooming and baths. After a couple hours we received a call from them that the dogs were ready to be picked up. We drove the 5 minutes it takes and parked on the lot perhaps 60 feet from the door of the place and walked in. If I could do a no star I would. The one star is for the nice lady Yolanda to over the phone although did not give me accurate information. The groomer really messed my dog up. My dog hair was hanging over her eye and she clipped the side of her eye with her grooming scissors. The groomer had Yolanda call me to let me know she discovered a cut under my dogs eye booger which was ridiculous anyone could see it was a slit not a scratch, clean cut. My dog had matting on chest - so they shaved his entire body. He supposed to be a shaggy dog - 15 lbs. So he looked like a poodle instead. Then I take him back in a couple months later and say "don't cut the hair, just shampoo and brush". I pick him up and AGAIN they shaved his face - right down to the skin! At least they left the body alone.. And I did not get a call back the next day from the owner that I was told I would after I complained. I'll NEVER go back there, ever.

It’s not possible to leave a review with zero stars, but if I could, I would. We used Woofgang in Boynton for many years, but our recent experience was horrible for us, yet much worse for our dog. As soon as we got him home, we saw that he could not open his left eye at all. Since our vet was closed, we had to take him to the emergency facility. He was diagnosed with a severe eye inflammation, probably caused by inadequate rinsing after shampooing or a burn from the hot air from the dryer. The cost was over $300. We called W... read more

I took my Shih Tzu Maggie for her first professional grooming, Molly did a wonderful job and Maggie loves her and the staff. The staff are all caring and friendly. I made another appointment for her already. I’m completely satisfied. Thanks Molly.
