I’ve been bringing my dog here for months and never had an issue until today. One ongoing concern has been the inconsistency in pickup times—after dropping him off at 10, I’ve received calls anywhere from 11:00 to 12:30. Today, I got a call at 11:05, arrived at 12:07, and was charged a kenneling fee for being 2 minutes late. I guess I should have just waited in the lobby until my dog was finished. Our dogs will never be back at this facility for grooming. They used clippers on our Australian Shepard. You don't Clipper this breed of dog. Plus our dog was "extra" when I asked how was she "extra"? They couldn't tell me what she did to warrant an extra charge. Seriously? I gave specific instructions & they ignored them. We had to have one of them groomed 2 days later by someone else to have her fixed. I don't recommend this place at all.
