It’s not possible to leave a review with zero stars, but if I could, I would. We used Woofgang in Boynton for many years, but our recent experience was horrible for us, yet much worse for our dog. As soon as we got him home, we saw that he could not open his left eye at all. Since our vet was closed, we had to take him to the emergency facility. He was diagnosed with a severe eye inflammation, probably caused by inadequate rinsing after shampooing or a burn from the hot air from the dryer. The cost was over $300. We called W... read more

I took my Shih Tzu Maggie for her first professional grooming, Molly did a wonderful job and Maggie loves her and the staff. The staff are all caring and friendly. I made another appointment for her already. I’m completely satisfied. Thanks Molly.
I brought my chow chow in for a bath and a cut. I am new to the area and read the reviews and decided to bring her in. I told them to take a little off. After 2 hours I was told she was done. I walked in and paid and was presented with my chow chow. Wow is all I have to say. She looks like a sheep that has just been shaved. I might have to put sunscreen on her to prevent sunburn to her skin. She is literally a pink flesh color. They completely shaved my dog and left her hair on her head and left her tail fluffy. This particular location is great, however, the store's franchise owner, Meredith is one of the most hateful and unprofessional individuals I have ever come across in my life. After treating my mother and I in an inexcusable manner when dropping our dogs off for grooming, Meredith called a few hours later to apologize for her illmannered and flawed behavior blaming an argument with her corporate office on her fowl mood.
