I had a terrible experience at this pet grooming salon and would not recommend it to anyone who cares about their pets. The first time I dropped off my dog, I was told she would be ready in 2-2.5 hours. After waiting for 4 hours, I decided to return and check on her. To my surprise, the groomer said my dog was actually ready a long time ago and was just sitting in a crate. The reason they didn’t call me was because no one knew how to process credit card payments!
