I emailed regarding an issue, and have received no response… *BUYER BEWARE- CHECK THE PRICES* I had an employee attempt to charge me $44 for a $7.99 cupcake and shrug it off like she could care less. I understand emergencies happen, but canceling over an hour after your grooming hours begin when I was already just two minutes away was extremely disappointing. I had hoped to give this place a try, especially since I arrived about 15 minutes early to provide vaccine records and explain services. I’ll be returning to my previous groomer, where communication and reliability are a priority.
