I've been going to Woof Gang for over 15 years and it saddens me to say that I will never take my dog to be groomed there again. I took my dog for a full groom today and I was called that she was ready and I went to pick her up. When I was paying I was told that I was late picking her up and that there was a late fee of $15. I said, no, you just called me about 15 minutes ago and I showed them the phone call and they said that they sent me a text about an hour ago. I LOVED IT HERE! Seriously for the amount you're paying, you will not regret it at all. My husky was shedding his winter coat and the fur was getting everywhere so I took him here since the last place I went they had him come back damp and left some wet spots. They styled, blow dryed, trimmed, nail clipped, shampoo and conditioned my husky to perfection!! They even added a bandana that was really cute! Excellent choice for grooming your dog, large or small! All dogs are groomed one at a time by a specific groomer. Receptionists provide excellent customer service and can knowledgeably guide you to a groomer who is well suited to your dog's needs. You can request a groomer who is trained to groom with the restraining band over the shoulder and around the belly, rather than around the neck - crucial if your dog has cervical disc degeneration or tracheal collapse. We have brought our corgi here for a few years and plenty of grooms! We historically booked with Brittany C and she has done a 10/10 job. Recently her schedule changed and we booked with another person and I'm hopeful it'll be just as smooth. I recommend this place for grooming and they have homemade dog treats that we always pick up. Location is great too!
