New Store, Great Service, Wide Selection and Low Prices I was greeted when I entered the store (not ignored) , the employees are helpful and attentive. When I finished with my purchase they actually thanked me for my business. I don't get that kind of service from other liquor stores. This store is open late, 7 days a week, including holidays.
In Dec 2010, Lynda Smith special ordered 13 kegs for a 3-day, 100-person event. My liquor store has a no return policy on purchases that leave the store. I graciously offered Lynda a full credit (no return fee) on the 2 kegs untapped and in the cooler during the event. In Aug 2012, Lynda orders 2 kegs and asks to use the credit I offered 20 months ago. Lynda picks up the kegs on a Friday. I ordered 13 kegs from this guy, and only used 10 of them, He agreed to give us those kegs at a later date, Then Barry decided to reneg and give us 2 kegs instead of the three he owed us. Then when we wanted to get those 2 kegs, we had to pay a deposit, rightfully so, on the kegs. I was quoted $30 each keg but, the incompetant clerk double charged my credit card and that caused over draft fees to be incurred.
