What a terrible experience I had today. Wow I am shocked. I have been a loyal customer for years and basically was called a liar to my face. I had came in and bought a bong. Every bong obviously comes with a bowl in the neck, I had just gotten home and had realized that the bowl was not in the bong. Mind you I had asked him at the store if the piece was in there because it looked shorter, and instead of checking if it was, he just stated it was there.
