I have the similar experience like the last review. I am also truly upset to write this. I am guessing that the leadership or owners have changed and that is the reason for this unfortunate situation. I have also ordered all my boxes for the last 4-5 years via Woody and have been very happy. Communication has always been so smooth, extra friendly and quick. I am truly upset that I have to make this review. I placed an order back in October for my usual boxes and USB's ($300+) with my logo printed on them and when I received them, they didn't have the correct logo on them. I asked them what I could about this and they offered me two options. One was for a 40% refund or reprinted boxes. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now so I just said to reprint them, no problem.
