Extremely Disappointing Service – Staff and Leadership Equally Uninterested My experience at this furniture store was frustrating and disappointing. I walked in intending to browse and possibly make a purchase, yet no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I wish I can give this store no star. … I BOUGHT THIS MIRROR FOR MY BIRTHDAY JANUARY 2025, March 2025 the light on the mirror stop working, April 3,2025 I went to the store I spoke to Sharma which is the owner’s daughter she said, she will call the supplier, went back today April 17th 2025 for and update , she’s telling me the supplier said they cannot do anything for that, take it to an electrician. Extremely disappointing experience. The lady at the store was incredibly rude, making the whole interaction unpleasant. The furniture quality was subpar; we had to return the dressing table mirror twice due to defects. Ultimately, the store gave us $100 instead of a replacement mirror, leaving us unable to find a matching one. When the bed set was delivered it was a lot different than the one we ordered.
