Worst assisted living here in Washington State do not put your loved ones in this Assisted living very poor care very poor customer service and also very poor meals .Not a very good setup for your loved ones Would recommend a better assisted living.

Zero stars. Rose at the front desk is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I was here to as a few simple and basic questions and information about the facility and was met with rudeness, no information and no sense of customer service. One can only imagine how the poor residents must be treated. Do not bring your loved ones here and Rose must be removed from staff.

Staff is very rude here. I asked a girl a couple of questions regarding my aunt and she was acting very cold shouldered treating me like I was taking up too much if her time. My aunt has been a resident here for a while now and she says the place has only gotten worse with high turn overs of staff and even a few residents have left due to harsh treatment. I would recommend looking at other options before placing someone here.

I have lived here 4 yrs now. There have been a lot of changes and improvements. Food is great and we receive a variety of choices. We now have a Automatic (wheelchair, walker and easy accessible) door installed. We have an outside Gazebo for smoking or just enjoying the animals outside the Dining Room (Squirrels, Seagulls, variety of Birds 🐦🦜🦅 Deer🦌and residents pets - Dogs 🐕 & Cats 🐱.
