Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I have a couple of special concerns and the doctor explained them to me, not rushing me and made sure I understood what he was saying.
Came in to make an appointment for an eye exam. The employee at the greeting desk asked me if I had time right now (which I did) as the Dr was available. Excellent service on her part. Ursula and all the staff are amazing!
Had my first eye exam since 2018 last Thursday April 2nd in the afternoon & the female Optometrist along with the other 3 staff members were absolutely wonderful. Being a member of the ASD community I struggle with social anxiety, however as soon as I walked in I was greeted with warmth by a cheerful smiling face, Coleen.
