They back door all their pairs for releases. They don’t be organized. Force you to buy extra stuff at the cashier too. 0 stars, not even 1.
I ordered a jacket 2-3 weeks ago and never received it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but they couldn’t give me a straight answer about when the product would ship. After waiting three weeks, they decided to cancel my order without any explanation. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time or money on this horrible establishment—they clearly don’t value their customers.
Don't order from these scammers. I ordered a Nike Tech Fleece on 12/7 as a Christmas gift it still hasn't shipped, lol. Trash company and a joke of "customer service they have". I have emailed them multiple times and they now have stopped answering all together. I told them I want my order cancelled since they are to incompetent to ship out a hoodie and apparently ordering more than 2 weeks in advance is not enough time. I'm going to have to contact the BBB to get my money back since they refuse to refund me. AGAIN BE WARNED... read more
These guys suck. I ordered a slate marina Yeezy slide online and they sent me a flax completely different model. Like cancel the order before you make a bum move and try to charge your customer for things they didn’t pay for.
