We bought a new bike for our three year old here yesterday and the service we received was absolutely excellent! I went in late afternoon to ask about the best bike for our son’s needs as he was somewhere in between a balance bike and a proper bike. The gentlemen I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a bike we could take the stabilisers and pedals off. Just to say a big thanks to Simon and Lee for sorting out the 'play' in the hinges on my Dahon folding bike. Also for tweaking the brakes and gears. The bike now works and runs a treat. Excellent and friendly customer service thoughout.
Prompt and efficient friendly service with knowledgeable and cheerful staff. I agree with lots of other reviews. Great to have a local repair shop that is good value. Highly recommended.
