Ordered a Stanley Plane from them and unfortunately the USPS managed to ship it all the way across the country before they scanned the package, so it looked like the label was printed but not picked up. The Woodsmith store shipped a second plane immediately upon receiving my complaint, just before we all got the shipping status from the first plane. Excellent customer service, wider range of products than many woodcrafting specialty stores I've been in, and reasonable pricing on most items.
I recently placed an online order with a tight window for use to finish up a project. I emailed and asked what day it would be set to arrive, and not only did they go out of their way to make sure it was in time, they paid for the additional cost at no charge to me. 10/10 customer service, and absolutely will be shopping here again. That kind of service is hard to find!
