The store is well stocked and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are helpful and very willing to answer questions, many times from their personal experiences with their own projects. I've purchased many tools, from small hand tools and accessories to professional woodworking tools - always a pleasant experience.
Always great people. The selection is great. A little pricey but it is to be expected with the rarity of much of what I look for there.
