I recently placed an online order with a tight window for use to finish up a project. I emailed and asked what day it would be set to arrive, and not only did they go out of their way to make sure it was in time, they paid for the additional cost at no charge to me. 10/10 customer service, and absolutely will be shopping here again. That kind of service is hard to find!
I was at the Woodsmith store for the first time today. I visited the one in Des Moines, Iowa. I love this store! They have way better selection of tools and wood supplies than any Rockler or Woodcraft. Please put one in Indianapolis!
What a great place! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and who wouldn't love the fresh smell of lumber!
