I was at the Woodsmith store for the first time today. I visited the one in Des Moines, Iowa. I love this store! They have way better selection of tools and wood supplies than any Rockler or Woodcraft. Please put one in Indianapolis!
What a great place! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and who wouldn't love the fresh smell of lumber!
I had a problem ordering an item on their website. Specifically the discount did not work correctly. I received an email and a follow-up text. Tony Perez from Woodsmith checked out my complaint, got back to me and issued a refund all within one day. Outstanding and unexpected service! Highly recommend.
