Ordered a Stanley Plane from them and unfortunately the USPS managed to ship it all the way across the country before they scanned the package, so it looked like the label was printed but not picked up. The Woodsmith store shipped a second plane immediately upon receiving my complaint, just before we all got the shipping status from the first plane. So in the end, I have a new plane, the second one is on it's way back, and the Woodsmith Store paid to ship a second plane to fix a USPS error. The customer service is outstandin... read more
