The care that my Dad gets is very good. But recently he had to go to the hospital. He returned to rehab and had some new needs. We asked the Villa 3 times if they could meet his needs and were told yes, no problem. 3 hours before he was to go back to the Villa we were told no they couldn't. After all kinds of work on our part 2 of the family had to learn to do this process. Now ever day one of us drives 20 each way to do a 5 minute procedure. All because it's daily and not as needed
