I would not work with this company. Hector made me a lot of mistakes when filing my tax return. This can result in large fines in the future from the IRS. Lack of professionalism and knowledge, I'm actually shocked how they got a license.

I filed my personal and small businesses taxes with them February of this year. I have since gotten a letter in the mail telling me I have yet to file my taxes, and now need to pay a fee. I called Woodside Tax Services (after calling the California Dept of Tax) to let them know and ask what happened. I called on a Sunday, when I know they're closed, only expecting to reach an answering machine to leave a message. To my surprise, someone picked up.
