My mother-in-law is new to this place so far it’s not looking very good to be honest. A member of staff was quite off with me when asking for a cup of tea for her. The rest of the staff that I met there were very friendly to be and I kinda liked how they were open and honest with us. Room 22 is very dark and gloomy and looks onto a brick wall. Not the room I thought and was shown on a visit day.
