Not a great experience. They tried to tack on a 4% lender fee even though I have excellent income and credit. They said "because I had too many auto loans within 24 months". I explained to them that they are refinances through my credit union to lower my interest rate as rates come down. They need to be upfront about the lender fees, nowhere on their website do they mention them.
Qasim went above and beyond in helping move my McLaren loan along. I was in and out of the dealership in a couple hours with everything finalized in a day. Thanks Q!
