Woodside is all about first impressions, then after the welcome letter, they farm out your loan for a quick flip. My loan was farmed to Icon business bank. A few worthy points to mention. Icon does not have an app, nor does it give you online access, they don’t send you statements either, unless you request one by email. ZERO ELECTRONIC ACCESS. Woodside apologized, of course, but in the process I learned they don’t know anything about who they farm their loans too. Their apologies are worth nothing, their services are anemic... read more
