After telling me my wire transfer would come on Tuesday, I had to call 5 times over 2 days to find out it had been delayed. Jacquie was very unprofessional and did not return calls to let me know it had been delayed, and would not return my calls. I finally got a hold of Jennifer and she overnighted a check to me. It is scheduled to be here on Saturday. This is unacceptable to be so cavalier with others money. Beware of dealing with them!!!
Buyer Beware. After being a faithful client for over six years, with multiple LLCs under their care, we were given incorrect tax advice in writing by one of their attorneys. They later admitted the advice was wrong, yet now only want to cover half of the tax burden their mistake created. This firm does not stand behind their work. Great law firm that I would highly recommend to any agent, buyer, or seller needing real estate services!
Unresponsive and unprofessional service. I had a very poor experience with this attorney. They rarely answered my calls or texts, and communication was almost impossible. On top of that, their office struggled to prepare accurate closing statements, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable or responsive legal help.
