My wife found a bedroom suite we both liked. We travelled to Louisburg from Wake Forest because they were listed as a dealer. They have a wonderful selection, but not the suite we were looking for. NO Problem!! He ordered it for us and then delivered it personally. We're going back for an entertainment center. Great company to do business with!! Cannot overstate how pleased we are with the service, price and quality of the furniture we got!
My husband and I were shopping for a dinnete set and found this store by accident. Customer service was excellent. Vincent was very patient with us. Took a lot of time to address our concerns. We placed an order and I am looking forward to shopping in this store again.
I recently purchased a sleep sofa and two beds. While visiting the store the staff was very helpful and did not use any high pressure tactics. They helped me to pick out just the right material. Upon deliver everything was as it should be. The staff delivering my items were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
WOODS HOME FURNISHINGS This is the place to go if you are looking for the home town feeling and the service to go with it. You will find anything that you are looking for and then more. Vincent Wood is super friendly and exceptional in all areas if he does not have what you want in stock he will get it just at soon as he can. I would highly recommend that you take the time for a short drive to Louisburg and enjoy the HomeTown feeling. You will not be disappointed.
Great furniture store with mattresses, lamps, prints - if they do not have what you want they will order it. There is never any pressure to buy just good customer service to show you what is available. They stand behind their furniture and sell from top dealers, such as Craftmaster I have personally bought many items from this company and always been pleased. Was shopping in Raleigh for a craftmaster "create your own" F9 sectional. Got pricing at a major local store after much questioning if the the owner would let them order it ??? Went online to do some research and found that Wood's up in Louisburg was also a Craftmaster dealer. Went in the next day and within minutes instead of questioning if we could even get what we were looking for, we were on the computer checking how many rolls of each fabric there were in the factory.
