Woods representative was: - Rude that we had not prebooked an appointment - Gave an absurd inflated cost when asked for ballpark costs so we could decide to book a proper assessment - When told we were with a particular insurer began walking away saying "we do not do XXXXX" - despite that we were considering doing it without insurance depending on cost. Car repairs carried at out Woods Nunawading in April 2012. Staff were friendly and very easy to deal with. They kept in contact with me throughout the repairs. Andrew, the branch manager quite obviously takes a personal interest in the company's customer service. They ended up finishing the job earlier than originally quoted. My car came back cleaner (inside and out) than it went in. Would recommend to anyone.
