I don't normally write reviews but the service from here is excellent. I had a deluxe service (which is a big pricey), following that I was riding my bike when the chain came off and locked the back wheel breaking a spoke. I took it back to Woodrups a couple of days later, explained the problem and they fixed the setup that day including the broken spoke for free. Brilliant! They also have very friendly staff so they're easy to talk to.
It’s the first time using Woodrups in a very long time. 1st class service that goes the extra mile to make the experience memorable for all the right reasons. Great work and long may it continue. Leon
Just returned from Woodrupp Cycles Kirkstall Road Leeds. I bougt a bike from here 2 years ago and received outstanding service but never left a review. I have just revisited them with a problem with a wheel i have had built at another dealer. David from service spotted the problem straight away and sorted it then and there no charge . Where do you get service like this nowadays? at Woodrupp it seems normal cannot thank them enough it will be the only place i go for my cycling needs in future Thanks again
