Highly recommended. Utilizing Sam's services took very little time from us and we got money back for the first time in almost a decade. We plan to have Sam amend our previous tax years, because we probably over paid. I contacted them by email, phone, and physically went to the office multiple times over the span of three weeks. I never heard anything back and had to solve the issue myself at further expense/late fees/penalties.
